Hanoi – In the morning of 4th October, Ambassador Saadi Salama, staff of Palestine Embassy in Hanoi and Palestinian students studying in Vietnam joined the 42nd annual Hanoi Moi Run for Peace of 2015 at Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi.
The annual event aimed to celebrate the 61st anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10) and the 16th anniversary of the capital being recognized as a UNESCO City for Peace.
Ambassador Saadi Salama expressed his happiness and honor to take part in the tournament and said that this event is a Message of Peace that Hanoi citizens want to send to all people in the world.
Yazan Ayaydeh who is a Palestinian student studying in Hanoi finished in the 4th place among male foreigner runners.
